Shipping policy
If your package is lost in transit, please email us at shoproko@yahoo.com so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete, if your package can still not be located, we will reship your items. If they are out of stock, we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.
- Please note, we are not responsible for the package after the shipping carrier confirms delivery. If your package shows it was delivered by the carrier, we are unable to issue a refund or replace items. If the products are marked as delivered and you don't have it, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. This also means we are not responsible for stolen packages.
Please double check your address, we will ship to the address provided on your order. If you choose the wrong address, you can email us and let us know. If the package has already been sent, there is nothing we can do and we are not responsible for locating it. We will not refund or resend items in this instance. If the package is sent back to us, we will email you and confirm the correct address, you will be responsible for the reshipment fee.
